You call our team at the office (07) 828 9743. We take any issues with our gear seriously and would like to hear about them as soon as possible.
You need a valid form of identification, Driver’s license or a passport. In addition you will need to provide your phone number, email and address.
Simply complete and send a credit application form. Give us a call if you need help. The form is accessible through this link.
If it is a half day or full day hire payment is required at hire drop of, if it is an overnight hire payment is required on hire pick up.
Call our office number (07) 828 9743 and you will be put through to someone who can help.
Not always – but we do advise that you do if you know ahead of time to avoid someone else having the equipment you need.
You need to notify us straight away to see if a replacement if required or if we need it brought back into the centre. The damage will be assessed by a technician and determine the cause of damage to decide who will be liable.
