Conditions of Hire/SaIe
1. Payment to be made on the 20th day of the month following the date of Hire/Sale.
2. We (the Hire Centre) reserves the right to charge the Hirer/Purchaser* (and if so charged the Hirer/Purchaser shall pay) interest at the rate of 10% per month on any part of the Invoice Total which remains unpaid.
3. Ownership of any goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until payment in full for the goods is received by the Vendor.
4. The Hirer accepts the terms and conditions of the Hire Centre as set out on the Hire Agreement forms. View Terms and Conditions.
